We use a third-party courier company to full-fill our regular delivery service. Every effort is made to ensure proper communication to the courier company, but please note that due to the nature of this industry, there may be delays from unforeseeable weather conditions, busy holiday seasons, and the occasional human error.
We cannot guarantee specific time deliveries ("Special Orders") but make every effort to do so.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
SAME DAY DELIVERIES
Please place your order Monday - Friday before the 11:30am cut-off time for our regular same-day delivery service.
SPECIAL ORDERS / SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY
We do not guarantee specific time deliveries but make ever effort to do so. Your order would be top priority. Please specify the details in the special instruction box when checking out, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERIES
If you have an order and wish for it to be delivered under 3 hours after placing the order, please contact us first.

DELIVERY TIME WINDOW
These are used as a guideline for when your order may arrive. Please note there are special circumstances for delivery outside of this time window.

- 7 am - 7 pm
- Please provide the funeral home and name of deceased in the "Special instructions box" when completing your order, we will schedule a delivery time with the funeral home.
We do not deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
If the recipient lives in a condo/apartment, they may be called ahead of time to schedule a delivery window. If it is a house or townhouse, the delivery person may leave it at the door if conditions and weather permits. If the gift must be brought back, you will be contacted and an additional re-delivery fee will be charged.
We are not responsible if the incorrect address was inputted, therefore if the gift must be retrieved and/or brought back, there will be additional charges for re-delivery. The customer assumes responsibility of the entire purchase.
Cancelling an Order:
Due to the urgency of Same-Day orders, they may/may not be cancelled because we prioritize these orders and fulfill them asap. Please contact us immediately.
Recipient May be Contacted:
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door:
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Vancouver Flower Delivery cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery:
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
